Rafael leads client integration and operational delivery. His background is in scaling support and sales ops teams for mid-market SaaS companies across Brazil and the US.

Andrés runs the vetting pipeline — structured assessments, role-fit interviews, and 90-day integration checkpoints that keep quality consistent across every placement.
